Coordinating and organizing project activities
As a Project Planner at NKT, you will have an important part in coordinating and organizing project activities from initiation to completion.
You will develop, implement, and maintain procedures, means and tools to ensure the efficient organization and operation of the scheduling, progress control and reporting activities across the project. In additional, you will participate in several international project teams and mentor junior planners.

Main responsibilities:
* Project Scheduling:  Develop and maintain project schedules, outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
* Collaborate with project team members to ensure realistic timelines and milestones.

* Resource Coordination: Work closely with project managers to identify resource requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
* Monitor resource availability and address any constraints to maintain project timelines.

* Progress Tracking: Regularly update and track project progress against established schedules.
* Identify potential delays or roadblocks and communicate them to the project team.

* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports
* Generate regular reports to update stakeholders on project status and key performance indicators.

* Communications:  Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders.

In this role you need to have ability to work in a busy setting without compromising on deliverables. Working in a structured way and being supportive to your colleagues comes natural to you. We also expect you to have schedule risk analysis expertise and ability to meticulously plan and monitor project details. You collaborate efficiently with diverse team members to fulfill project goals and are capable of adapting effectively within a rapidly changing workplace.

Our site in Karlskrona is expanding heavily and now we are looking for a skilled tender planner to strengthen the team. In this role you will be working in a tender planning team with responsibility to create complete plans with all activities included in delivering projects we are trying to win.
You will be a part of the tender team in those tenders where you have the planning responsibility for. The work environment is collaborative and you will be facing several multi-disciplinary interfaces.
Your main responsibility will be to create and update tender plans for upcoming cable system projects.
 On a daily business this is what the role includes: 
* Create and own tender plans for upcoming projects including design, manufacturing, and installation. The plans are delivered in the planning tool Primavera.

* Analyze tender plans including risks assessments and extra costs.
* Interpreting technical and legal customer requirements to ensure that planning solution meets customer expectations.
* Collaborate with internal departments to optimize planning solution.
* Participate in customer negotiations.

You will be a part of a comprehensive team which includes both scenario/portfolio planning and tender planning. We are a creative and collaborative team who support each other in a great way!   
Creative and analytical planner

As a Project planner your main tasks are to plan and follow up client projects regarding all phases of the project from award to finalized installation and commissioning, support and give input to the Tenders and reporting internally as well as externally.
You will also mentor junior planners and develop, implement, and maintain procedures, means and tools to ensure the efficient organization and operation of the scheduling, progress control and reporting activities across the project. You will participate in several international project teams.

You will also be responsible for delivering:

* Project plans (Resource and cost loaded)
* Monthly reports
* Weekly reports if applicable
* Progress follow ups (S-curves, Physical progress reports)
* Follow up of milestones (MTA)
* Scenarios
* Schedule risk analysis
* Time impact analysis and suggestions on proactive actions
* Project specific planning and reporting requirements


Experienced and supportive
You have proven ability to work under pressure without compromising on deliverables.
Working in a structured way and being supportive to your colleagues comes natural to you.

Additionally, your CV includes:

* Preferably a Bachelor or Master’s in project management.
* Relevant professional experience can beat a formal degree.
* At least ten (10) years professional experience in project planning.
* Primavera P6 expertise.
* Schedule risk analysis expertise is mandatory.
* Fluency in English.
* Claim management, FIDIC or NEC contract experience is meritorious.
* Oil & Gas experience is meritorious.


The location for this position is preferably Karlskrona (Sweden) but could also be in any of our other locations.

Our site in Karlskrona are expanding heavily and now we are looking for an additional tender planner. In this role you will be working in a tender planning team with responsibility to provide complete plans for all activities in the offer. 
You will be a part of the tender team in those tenders where you have the planning responsibility for. The work environment is dynamic and you will be facing several multi-disciplinary interfaces.  Your main responsibility will be to create and update tender plans for upcoming cable system projects.

On a daily business this is what the role includes:
* Tender plans for upcoming projects including design, manufacturing and installation. The plans are delivered in the planning tool Primavera.
* Analyse tender plans including risks assessments and extra costs.
* Interpreting technical and legal customer requirements to ensure that planning solution meets customer expectations.
* Collaborate with internal departments to optimize the best planning solution.
* Participate in customer negotiations.

In the role of Senior Project Planner at NKT you will plan and follow up on client projects from award to finalized installation and ultimately commissioning. Your function throughout the project’s phases consists of supporting and providing the Tender Planner with input, followed by planning project execution according to the processes and routines in place. You will be making sure reporting follows routines internally as well as externally. All communication and follow ups are performed with respectively Project- and Subproject Manager and Master Planner. You are in the centre of communication between those involved, making sure all parties share a common understanding of the project and progress.

Your proactive way of performing follow ups strongly contributes to internal milestones being met on time. Your structured and analytical side comes into its own when you keep an updated view of the total planning status of the project; resource needs, milestones, campaigns, as well as risks and opportunities. Who are you?
You are a Project planner with several years of experience behind you, preferably of large projects within a similar industry.

You have experience from working in Primavera P6 (mandatory) as well as Microsoft Excel. If you’re also a skilled user of SAP and MS Project, that is advantageous.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory for this role. Speaking German is considered a bonus.

Some travelling days a month are to be foreseen, mainly within Europe.
