Positionen
Vi söker just nu en Produkt & Process Coordinator som kommer att fokusera på beredning av produkter och vara i kontakt med leverantörer under offertprocessen. I denna tjänst är du länken mellan olika funktioner och system så du behöver en helhetssyn och ska kunna agera globalt. Du bör ha allmänna tekniska kunskaper och passion för disciplin och struktur i ditt dagliga arbete.

Produkt- och processberedningsteamet strävar efter ett enhetligt arbetssätt i vårt affärssystem för att uppnå en effektiv hantering över hela världen. Verktygen vi använder är tekniska systemet Teamcenter och affärssystemet IFS. Alla produkter skapas i Teamcenter och överförs sedan till IFS.

Ansvarsområden

• Utföra produktberedning för standard- och kundanpassade produkter i affärssystemet IFS.
• Underhålla befintlig produktdata i IFS, med globala processer i åtanke, och se till att etablerade processer följs.
• Göra en konsekvensanalys på global basis och rapportera när förändring av en produkt sker.
• Vid designförändringar genomföra nödvändiga åtgärder i IFS.
• Arbeta i nära samarbete med leverantörer, både i projekt och för ”engångs” kundanpassade produkter.
• Begära in och analysera offerter (kvalitet, ledtid, kostnad, etc.)
• Sammanställa och vidarebefordra information till beställaren inom Roxtec från något av våra affärsområden.


Bakgrund
Du har tekniskt intresse och kunskap samt erfarenhet av att läsa ritningar för att sedan avgöra om hur en produkt ska produceras. Du har kommersiell kompetens för att få ut det bästa av offertprocessen. Det är meriterande om du har arbetat i en internationell miljö.

Du kommer att ha kontakt med kollegor över hela världen och resor förekommer i tjänsten.
En förutsättning för att lyckas i denna tjänst är att du behärskar engelska flytande.

Your role

As a Proposal Manager, you manage parts of the Win Business process and supports our Product and Customer Sales Responsible. You coordinate the activities to win the business and have focus on the Prepare Tender phase. You will lead the tender team and be responsible for the oversees of the cost, quality, risk and opportunity, project scope, information, schedule and technical output of the offer. Your challenge is to bring efficiency and agility to the process, using your skills and judgement to do necessary adjustments.


The main tasks are:

* Lead, coach, support and manage the proposal project
* Promote the proposal project to the internal stakeholders
* Plan, execute and control the proposal project within the budget
* Responsible for the cost and sales price calculation
* Depending on project need and complexity, participate in negotiations with the customer together with the negotiation team

The role includes a few travel days per month within Sweden and international travels might occur every now and then. You report to Head of Staff Management, Business Unit Surface Ships.


Your profile

Required skills:

You will join the Business Unit Surface Ships at Saab Kockums, based in Karlskrona and Malmö. The BU responsibilities are the strategic and commercial development of the product lifecycle. You will operate in a high technology environment at Saab Kockums.
