Som underhållsplanerare hos Quant Service har du en central roll där du ansvarar för att planera arbetsordrar och resurser för att uppnå en hög planeringsgrad i maskinparken på NKT HVC i Karlskrona. Dina arbetsuppgifter består bland annat av att tillse att resurser och material finns tillgängligt i rätt tid, att ha en kontinuerlig dialog med produktionen via olika mötesforum, upprätta tidsplaneringar för arbetsordrar samt sammanställa och följa upp genomförandet av stopp-planer och arbetsordrar. Du är även delaktig i och driver ständiga förbättringar inom ditt område.


• Teknisk gymnasieutbildning
• Erfarenhet inom tillverkningsindustrin
• Minst 1 års sammanlagd erfarenhet av planering i produktion eller inom underhåll
• God systemvana-CMMS (API Pro) är meriterande
• Erfarenhet av stopplanering
• Erfarenhet av planering mot fryst plan
• B-körkort

Work description
As Department Project Manager at NKT you will be in charge of the projects, mainly against Production, with budgetary planning, timeframes and resource allocation as your area of responsibility. Projects will be related to Machine safety and Machine construction. Development and working with strategies are another section of your role in the department.

During projects you’ll be responsible for applying evidence from preliminary studies to further ensure and develop the quality of safety and delivery.

You’ll be cooperating with other departments as well.

You will be monitoring all aspects of the project and ensuring that it follows project methodology for investments (PMFI), as well as evaluating Health, Safety and Environmental parameters in the project. As Project Manager your will be analysing, predicting and preventing risks and present continuous result reports to department management.

Who are you?
To succeed and thrive in the role as Project Manager you need to be experienced in leading projects in production/industry. Experience with projects in Mechanical construction is considered a merit.

You are an assertive leader whilst remaining empathetic with a strong recognition for the positives in diversity. You never fail to recognise the great assets different people, competences and collaborations are to a project.

Since every solution and HV cable is constructed from customer requirements, the workflow needs to be consistent yet flexible to suit the needs of developing departments while still maintaining budget, plans and deadlines. You need to be able to make quick decisions and delegate to keep focus on results and delivery.

Your goal oriented stance ensures that deadlines are always met.

Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is a requirement.
You have a completed gymnasial or university education and you’re comfortable working with computers as a main tool. You are well experienced with Microsoft Office.
