Vi söker en Senior Automation Consultant till ett internationellt team som arbetar med ett dimensionerings- och driftkonfigurationsverktyg (DDCT). I detta uppdrag leder du automationsarbetet, levererar lösningar med mätbar ROI och fungerar som en kompetensbro — du överför kunskap och bygger upp intern förmåga så att teamen är självförsörjande vid uppdragets slut.
Arbetsuppgifter
Designa och implementera automationslösningar med fokus på de mest prioriterade DDCT-arbetsflödena samt tidig och mätbar effekt.
Simulera och validera systembeteende under realistiska förhållanden med JMeter för att säkerställa robusta och produktionsklara lösningar.
Bygga och underhålla automationspipelines med Jenkins och Spinnaker.
Etablera ramverk för styrning, drifthandböcker och bästa praxis för långsiktig hållbarhet.
Genomföra strukturerad kunskapsöverföring och praktisk kompetensutveckling för intern personal.
Samarbeta tvärfunktionellt och rapportera löpande framsteg mot en övergripande 12-månaders leveransplan.

Krav
Minst 5 års erfarenhet av automationsteknik och operativ processförbättring.
Praktisk erfarenhet av Jenkins och Spinnaker för CI/CD och driftsättningsautomation — krav.
God kunskap i JMeter för belastningssimulering och prestandavalidering — krav.
Dokumenterad förmåga att leverera automation med mätbar ROI i komplexa, storskaliga miljöer.
Erfarenhet av att ta fram styrningsdokumentation, drifthandböcker och utbildningsmaterial.
Agilt arbetssätt med förmåga att arbeta i adaptiva, milstolpsdrivna uppdrag.
Goda kunskaper i engelska.

Meriterande
Erfarenhet från storskaliga telecom- eller enterprisemiljöer.
Tidigare erfarenhet av kunskapsöverföring eller uppbyggnad av intern kompetens.

Assignment Description – Enterprise Architect within Financial Services
We are currently seeking a visionary and technically proficient Enterprise Architect with a strong foundation in banking and financial systems. This assignment offers an opportunity to work at the forefront of the fintech sector, contributing to the design and evolution of digital financial services used by hundreds of millions of users globally.
In this strategic role, you will be embedded in the R&D environment and work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Your Profile:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise or solution architecture within banking or financial services.
Deep understanding of the unique regulatory, operational, and technological challenges facing modern banking environments.
Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (BSc or MSc).
Well-versed in emerging technologies and industry trends in financial services, including open banking, digital wallets, core banking modernization, and fintech innovation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Additional Details:
The assignment is primarily onsite (60% office presence expected), though flexibility can be discussed.
This is a long-term strategic role with the opportunity to influence large-scale financial solutions on a global level.

Automation Engineer – Consultant Assignment in Karlskrona
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer to join a high-tech industrial environment focused on power and automation development. This assignment is based at a modern manufacturing facility known for its advanced capabilities in producing high-voltage power cables and housing one of the world’s largest HVDC test labs.
About the Role:
In this position, you will act as a key resource supporting the production department with automation and electrical design matters. You will serve as a subject matter expert in both areas, contributing to the development and validation of automation solutions for new machines as well as upgrades.
You will also participate in an automation development group, help define technical direction, and ensure solutions align with relevant machine directives and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
