Are you an ambitious individual with a passion for IT security? Do you want to test your skills within security automation and development? Then you might be our next star!
Outpost24 is currently looking for one or more new members to join our Vulnerability Research department!
This position is suitable for those who want to venture into security automation and development as an opportunity to start your career in the space provided you have the right mindset and talent we are looking for, or those who want to move from a related work into a position with an IT security company.
The VR team is part of Outpost24 Ghost Labs, which hosts a group of ethical hackers, web application analysts and others associated with vulnerability identification. The VR team work with developing the components of our tools that finds security vulnerabilities in customers networks, cloud platforms, web applications and wireless networks. The work is largely focused on automated information gathering, definitions of vulnerabilities and creations of what we call “rules” for helping our solutions determine the state of systems we investigate.
The team you would join have a great team spirit, are happy to help, young, dynamic and positive. When not in a pandemic, we strive to have a social and fun work environment and enjoy the company of each other with game-nights, joint labs webinars on cool new hacks and tools, BBQs and after works.

You pride yourself on quality, and understand that there is a repetitive nature to the work until you are able to help increase its automation.
Education
You most likely have a formal education, be it in programming, IT security, networking, engineering with programming, game design or a range of other potential backgrounds making you suitable. A compensating work life experience, or an ability to demonstrate self-developed skills also can also be suitable, as they make little difference for how well you can fit in.

And what's in it for you?
We welcome you to a challenging, international and innovative environment with great opportunities for you to explore. We also offer you:
Elaborative set of tools to drive your career, training and coaching on the job.
