You’ll join Cloud Services R&D, Cleura’s core engineering organization responsible for evolving our OpenStack-based platform and surrounding services. We work in a Spotify-model setup of autonomous Tribes and Squads, each owning a specific area such as IaaS, PaaS, AI & Data, or Integration. Responsibilities:
Develop, deploy, and maintain AI Gateway and related AI/ML services.
Implement integrations with Cloud Management System and Portal and other internal/external platforms.
Configure, deploy, and optimize LLMs and AI pipelines for production workloads.
Collaborate with your coworkers in the AI & Data squad as well as other squads to integrate AI services across Cleura Cloud.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and operational processes for AI services.
Maintain and operate AI infrastructure on Linux systems with proper monitoring and observability.
Develop services using TypeScript and Rust. While prior experience with Rust isn’t required, a strong willingness to learn is key. Python experience is also a plus.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.

Strong experience with TypeScript development.
Basic proficiency in Rust and Python is preferred.
Hands-on experience with LLM deployment, configuration, and usage.

Responsibilities:
Deep-dive into Ceph code and architecture (esp. core storage, RADOS, RGW) to optimise performance and scalability for our production workloads.
Profile, benchmark, and troubleshoot performance issues at scale (tens of PB, thousands of clients), identifying architectural or operational bottlenecks.
Lead internal knowledge development and mentorship for Ceph-related competencies across our IaaS and Operations teams.
Actively contribute upstream to the Ceph project:
Submit patches and fixes
Engage in design discussions and community meetings
Influence roadmap for features critical to cloud provider use-cases (e.g., multi-AZ, RGW performance, tiering)
Develop and maintain internal build pipelines and extensions where necessary, ensuring compliance and maintainability.

Proven track record of operating Ceph at scale(multi-petabyte, high-availability clusters) in production.
Strong expertise in C++ developmentfor system-level software (experience with Ceph core components).
Practical experience in performance tuning(e.g., OSD placement, CRUSH maps, BlueStore tuning, cache tiering, RGW optimizations).
Solid knowledge of Linux systems engineering, networking, and storage IO paths.

About the team :
You will be part of the Technology & Services, which guides the department in operational and development-oriented tasks in our IaaS-line of business line.

Role :
The Operations Manager has a technical role in ensuring effective and efficient cloud service operations. The Operations Manager also oversees all activities associated with cloud capacity planning and management, including the anticipation of datacenter needs.
As the Operations Manager is responsible for technical capacity management, cross-domain delivery projects and service operations KPIs, important skills for the Operations Manager are a deep understanding and knowledge about service operations, project deliveries in service delivery organisations and a good understanding of project management, ITIL processes and service management as well as service-specific knowledge related to Cleura´s service portfolio.
The Operations Manager are located within the EU.
Requirements( Must have):
University degree in Computer Sciences, IT or equivalent education or experience in the technical/engineering field
Practical team management experience in the information technology industry (minimum 2 years)
Experience in Service Provider business
Experience in working with ticketing and monitoring systems


Good to have (Merit skills):
Deep understanding and knowledge about service providers and cloud management in service delivery organizations
Profound understanding of information technology and As-A-Service business organisations.
Experiences with working across different cultures.
OKR and Kanban experience
ITIL know-how


Qualification:
Strong ability to reflect upon own behaviour, attitude and fundamental personal values.
Fluency in professional communications in English (written and verbal).
Deep understanding and knowledge of service operations and cloud technologies.
Understanding of service delivery concepts and project management.
Strong proficiency in a distributed and asynchronous workflow.

About the Role :
You will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing complex network solutions to meet Cleura's business needs.
This role involves strategic planning, hands-on technical expertise & leadership to ensure the development and maintenance of a robust, scalable network infrastructure that is a critical part of Cleura's cloud services.
As a Sr. Network Architect, the role includes leading and acting as a role model for junior architects and engineers.

As a member of the NetInfra team, you will maintain the network infrastructure for our public, compliant and private cloud services. This role is about running our current network infrastructure through it's lifecycle, as well as designing new solutions & enabling new features to help our customers do even more.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the overall network architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability.
Design and implement network solutions, considering factors such as performance, security and reliability.
Ensure up to date design documentation
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements or updates to the network architecture for Cleura's range of service.
Oversee Cleura's network documentation such as solution design document, record of change and network diagrams
Provide technical training and support for appropriate teams.
Lead complex projects to ensure coordination and communication are clear & concise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall IT and business objectives.
Provide expert-level support for complex network issues, collaborating with support teams as needed
Provide incident and request support for customers.
Being PoC from network perspective for Cleura's security audits.


Requirement/ Must have
Plans and designs Layer 2 and Layer3 large-scale IPv4 and IPv6 networks, including BGP Routing and Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS)
Software Defined Networking (SDN) to automate network provisioning, enterprise network functions such as DNS, DHCP, NTP and PTP


Experience with VXLAN BGP EVPN fabrics
Familiarity with how LACP, STP, OSPF and MP-BGP work
Familiarity with Ansible or similar configuration framework
Profound knowledge in writing and maintaining technical installation, configuration and update procedures of services and tools.


Good to have:
May have specialist external certification such as CCNP, CCDP or equivalent
Ability to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
Strong coaching ability
Familiarity with Jira or other issue tracking systems


Qualifications:
You should have European citizenship
Degree in engineering, business or related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the area of the role

About the Role :

You will help & guide our customers.
You will be engaged in different internal improvement work with our Service Operations team.

Requirements/ Must have:
Primary skill around Linux servers.
Experienced in using Windows servers.
