Your role
As a Project Quality Manager you are a member of the bid or project management team with a mission to ensure that project's, customer´s and other stakeholders interest and requirements are taken care of. This is a supporting function where you help the organization develop so that we together can become successful as a company. You are expected to drive your assignments independently to achieve set goals, however in constant cooperation with other colleagues and coworkers in different areas and at different levels in the company. Allocated to a specific project as Project Quality Manager, you monitor the projects quality compliance. Some of the duties would be to assist the project manager in preparing and updating quality plans as well as other relevant documentation.
Your main tasks are to:
* Plan Quality - identify which quality requirements, standards and working methods from the Quality Management System are relevant to the project and product, and documenting how the project will demonstrate compliance.
* Perform Quality Assurance - evaluate overall project performance on a regular basis to provide confidence that the project will fulfill it´s commitment and conformity to agreed working methods for the duration of the project.
* Perform Quality Control - Monitor and record results of executing the quality activities to assess performance and recommend necessary changes
* Develop and maintain routines in order to ensure compliance.
* Plan and conduct internal audits as part of our audit team.
* Initiate improvement needs and support the organization in their improvement work.
Placement for this position is Malmö or Karlskrona. The role include frequent business travels between these sites and business trips to other locations within Saab may also occur.
Your profile
We are looking for you who have a passion for customers and delivering high standard products. You are a skilled communicator, have a collaborative solution-focused approach and excellent analytical skills. You need to be able to observe the various aspects of the business carefully and also have a keen eye for detail work. To be successful in this role, it´s a must you enjoy collaborating with others and are able to network and build long lasting relationships.
Required skills:
* M.Sc. or other relevant university degree or equivalent experience in the quality field
* A few years of Experience of Quality methodologies, Quality assurance and Audit management
* Knowledge regarding standards ISO9001
* Experience of working with highly complex products (mechanics, electronics, software, and systems)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Desired skills:
* Knowledge regarding quality standards ISO 31000, -27001, -14001, -45001 -15288 -3834 and AQAP2110, -2105.
* Experience from the marine sector
* Driving license B
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
